What is your MOQ for samples and bulk?
- We don’t require an MOQ for samples. You can order single items to verify quality.
- 100pcs per style. We support mixing sizes (up to 5 sizes) and offer premium custom options to bring your designs to life.
What are your payment terms for orders?
40% deposit and 60% before delivery. You can pay with PayPal (credit cards accepted), secure bank transfer, and Western Union.
With large and reputable companies, we offer a payment delay of up to 90 days.
though terms can be discussed separately in a meeting.
How long does it take to produce an order?
Samples: 5-12 days. Bulk: 2-3 weeks (with in-stock fabrics). Shipping: 2-5 business days via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or sea shipping.
How are my designs kept safe?
We strictly uphold our NDA agreements to protect your Confidentiality and Intellectual Property. Your designs will never be shown to third parties.
If I dind bulk quality issues, what should I do?
We have a 30-day post-delivery refund guarantee for any quality issues. Just contact us and we will resolve it immediately.
What if I don't have technical designs?
Our in-house talented designers can recommend styles and develop the tech packs/patterns for you. We accept PDF, CAD, AI, or rough sketches.
