Sample Orders
Samples are non-refundable unless a quality defect is found. If your sample arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge within 7 days of receipt.
Bulk Orders
- We inspect all goods before shipment. If there is a quality issue (fabric defect, stitching error, color mismatch vs approved sample), notify us within 5 business days of receipt.
- Claims must include photos or video evidence. Upon approval, we will arrange a re-make or issue a refund.
- Custom-made products (private label, custom sizes, custom colors) are generally non-refundable unless the defect is on our side.
- Shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer unless the defect is proven to be ours.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been washed, worn, or altered.
- Products returned without prior approval.
- Clearance or discontinued items.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days back to the original payment method. You will be notified via email once the refund is issued.
